Refund Policy

At PetsLoveCustom, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure you are happy with your final masterpiece. If you have any concerns about your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations

  • As our artists often begin work immediately, we do not offer free cancellations once we receive an order.
  • If you still wish to cancel your order, please contact us at service@petslovecustom.com within 24 hours of your order placement.
  • In this case a $10 fee will be charged to cover production costs. However, in the case of hand painted portraits, a 30% fee will be charged.
  • If we do not receive your email requesting a cancellation within 24 hours of your order placement, the order will be processed as a confirmed purchase, and no refund will be provided.

Revisions & Edits

  • We offer unlimited small revisions to your original artwork.
  • If you require a substantial change (e.g., a new photo or costume/product change), a $10 fee will apply. Once you have approved the artwork as final, we will start printing immediately. Please note that, in this case, we cannot accept any more change.

Replacements & Refunds

  • We accept claims for defective or damaged items within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • If you are not satisfied with what you receive, please contact us immediately at service@petslovecustom.com and we will do our best to help. We guarantee a reshipment as soon as possible or 100% refund if you are not fully happy with your purchase.

Refund Processing

  • Once your claim is approved, a refund will be processed within 2-5 business days to your original payment method.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times vary.
  • If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@petslovecustom.com.
