We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Please review the details below for shipping timelines, costs, and important information regarding your order:

Shipping Times

Production Time: Digital illustration artwork will be ready within 2-3 working days for your approval, while hand paintings might take 3-5 working days. Once approved, your order will be put into production and shipped within 3-5 working days.

Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks during peak holiday seasons or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over $100.

Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $9.90 applies.

Important Notes

No Military Addresses: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to military addresses at this time. If a military address is provided at checkout, we will contact you for an alternative shipping address. Delays may occur if we cannot secure a new address promptly.

Tracking Information: All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Holiday Delays: Expect potential delays during November and December due to high shipping volumes.

Order Modifications: Changes to your shipping address must be made within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please review your confirmation email and contact us immediately if corrections are needed.
